  Note: people often discuss trans rights on strict correspondence to their (irreconcilably different) ontology (i.e. whether to peg gender to physical/biological reality or to have a distinct (metaphysical) notion of gender). This book attempts to loosen this correspondence with ontology using the concept of ontic injustice. hide note
